The Fine Print
- One voucher per person or per two people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
- Spa robes, towels & footwear are available to hire, the cost is £8 -12 per person depending on location. Bannatyne require a deposit when hiring our Spa bags. You may also choose to bring your own, if preferred.
- Bannatyne operate a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day.
- Classes are subject to availability on the day.
- Access to all health club/spa facilities from 10am – ‘Unlimited’ Spa Access is on the day of Customer booking and within spa operating hours (not health club).
- Must be aged 18-years or over.
- Must fill out a medical questionnaire prior to arrival; treatments subject to medical conditions.
- 60 minute treatment slot with 50 Minutes Hands on treatment time.
- £40 minimum spend applies for £10pp voucher; valid against spa retail products.
- £15 voucher is against a list of eligible treatments if booked on the day or within 3 months of original booking date.
- Facilities may vary depending on location.
