- Children hours are: Sun-Thu, 7 am to 10 am & 3pm to 7pm
- Arrive 15 minutes before treatment time.
- You must book in advance.
- 28 days cancellation policy
- Pool opening hours for spa day : 10 am to 7 pm
- Bookings via phone or email.
- Treatments are not available before the 13 week or after the 34 week of pregnancy.
- Please note that massage treatments are not available before the 13th week of pregnancy.
- Once booked, vouchers cannot be amended or cancelled.
- Any medical issues should be discussed at the point of booking.
- For medical reasons, the Sauna and Steam Room may only be used by children aged 12+ provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Minimum age of 18 to use the gym.
- Minimum age of 12 to use Spa Pool / Steam Room & Sauna with constant adult supervision.
- Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the pool.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to this deal.
