The hotel room was very nice and clean, there is TV and coffee machine in the room and bed was huge. Breakfast was served from 7-10 and we really enjoyed great food. Staff is very helpful, friendly, responsible and Hotel service was excellent. When I go to Milan I will book Klima Hotel again. I would definitely recommend this Wowcher city break in Milan.

This was a really lovely hotel . But got there and was shocked and disappointed that they had building work going on . Pull up in a taxi and the front was dug up and tape off doors shut and in darkness .No signs up to let guest know where to go . Really was shocked even the taxi man said it’s close up . My husband and the taxi driver said is a scan panic set in . I jumped out the cab and bent under the tape to go round the back . It’s was open to my relief. At least put signs up . The hotel is very nice . BUT awful location. Spent so much in taxis never again . So feel like I was completely ripped off . I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you have a car . Spent £60 - £100 everyday to get around . Went to Lake como by taxi and train which cost £50 travelling which was good well worth that at the train station you can buy a return ticket and a boat trip at a really good deal . Country is lovely. Be ready to get lost as I said terrible location. Shame . But never again ,
