Amazing hotel. Stayed for 2 nights, visited the city and watched Bruce Springsteen. Hotel is fantastic, the staff were very helpful and great internet. Super breakfast with plenty of choice and we ate at the restaurant a couple of time and the food was lovely. We were lucky enough to have a suite and it was amazing, and would definitely recommend. Bruce was fantastic as well 🎸👍

Hotel Elba Madrid Alcala continues to be our go to Madrid destination!! An excellent stay. This is my fourth time staying in this hotel and it continues to shine. The Elba team does a great job of running this property efficiently while insuring a welcoming atmosphere with great attention to detail.

Very fine 4 star hotel We only spent two nights here in February, 2024 but found the hotel exceeded our expectations. We've been to Madrid many times and usually stay either near the airport or in the central area. But this hotel popped up with an excellent price for a 4-star hotel in Madrid so we gave it a try. Please note that I am very price sensitive in Madrid since it's the most expensive city in Spain--but I still like a nice hotel.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This ‘agency’ is operated as third party by people who run it part time. I’ve not been able to book a holiday without extra costs even though I could book myself way cheaper. I’d avoid and try a last minute holiday company as they have ATOL bonding.

Price advertised is based on two people sharing, therefore two vouchers must be bought to qualify for the deal.
The voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase.
If not redeemed within 48 hours of purchase, the voucher will auto-redeem, and the customer will need to contact the holiday provider to complete the purchase. This does not impact the customer’s right to a change of mind refund within 14 days of purchase unless the holiday is booked.
Upon auto-redemption customer contact details are shared with the holiday provider.
All holidays purchased are subject to availability and pricing is not guaranteed once the voucher has auto redeemed.
