Do not fall for this. First of all they will give you a flight that departs like Midnight therefore losing 1 day already and then the return flight will be at ridiculous hours again like 4AM. Do not also fall for the "transport transfer" because they will only provide transfer from Venice to Lake Como. So do not think there is airport transfers. So what they want you to do is add more money to book a decent hotel and flight. So you will end up spending way more than an all inclusive holiday. Therefore, I would advise you to stay away.
