Lounge quality varies but that’s to be expected. It irks me that I need to pay more if I want to reserve a place as the cost is already quite high. Having said that I like being able to avoid crowds and have not usually failed to get in.

I have used my membership a couple of times and have enjoyed the lounges at both Edinburgh and Heathrow (T5).Overall, a great way to travel and when I've had any issues Priority Pass have helped me through it.I've recommended it to a number of friends and family too.

Having my priority pass made my recent stay at Hing King airport much more enjoyable as I was able to use one of the airport lounges to relax during my waiting time of a few hours instead of just wandering around the airport.

Although it was busy they found us a table the only drawback was having to wait to get a drink as they said people were helping themselves to too much alcohol 99% of the staff were lovely but the person serving the drinks was very rude and very unhelpful.

As we had a long layover in JFK Airport the Priority Pass came in very useful

It certainly was a good move purchasing this pass. I have now used it on 4 occasions at 3 different locations and was very pleased with the experience as it made the airport experience much less stressful by avoiding the crowds using the normal outlets. Whilst a small cost we'll worth it and certainly will be renewing my membership.

Wasn’t worth it for me. Often lounges would be fully booked or wouldn’t justify the cost. I was left with unused entries as I couldn’t always access the lounge at Stansted . Furthermore, Priority Pass renewed my membership automatically a month before expiration (at an higher price than initially stated on the email) and took about a month of chasing to get a refund.Not for me, at this point in time.

Unfortunately after redeeming the voucher and getting information from priority pass it turned out I could not pre-book my lounge after it said I could .. so this pass was no use to me I got a refund from them but no refund from Wowcher so I do not recommend

This is not explain when purchasing You can book a lounge for £6 each then when you check in for 2 you are charge £48 pounds

Heading for this offer is not very clear.I bought priority pass+2 mlounge visits free for half price and thought this was 50% off the membership price excluding the 2 visits offer, but found out that it was including the offer so paid 50% off from all included which wasnt what i thought

I didn't realise that despite paying for the priority pass I still had to pay £34 per person to use the lounge at Birmingham Airport

Absolutely dreadful. Tried twice to use this and have been turned away with a queue behind me watching me struggle. I have taken this up with PP (to get a refund ) and been brushed off and ignored. Absolutely do not waste your time and money.

In some airports limited lounges and twice we were told they were busy and they would text us when space available...lounge 1 text 45 min later...lounge 2 no text at all ...think this is just a ploy as they obviously don't make so much from Priority Pass!

Use lounge at las palmers airport cost £48 pounds and there was no hot food or white wine Not worth the money
