Luxury hotel, impeccable service right on the beach. My experience at the W - The Palm, was exceptional. There is nothing better than staff like those who work here, from the minute I walked in, I was treated wonderfully. The staff are friendly & kind, it felt like they went above and beyond, always helping me with my bags at check in, delivering me treats to my room when i arrived, the restaurants on site are incredible & i tried most of them. Akira really blew me away so is a must try and the buffet at Liv restaurant is superb, the selection is so good.

The w stay Love this hotel wonderful, especially loved the breakfast with all the staff so helpful especially youssef he is hard working and very quick. The food was lovely, lunch and breakfast and the hotel view and staff everyone is so positive and happy and easy to deal with

An amazing holiday at the W-Dubai hotel in Dubai I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the W-Dubai, the Palm. The facilities were immaculate and the service from the staff here was amazing. This made the trip the best holiday I’ve had and would definitely recommend to family and friends. I will also be coming back here on my next holiday!
