The setting is a magnificent, impressive and historic country house hotel in beautiful grounds.
The interior was tasteful and luxurious, the bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were delightful and friendly as was the food. Nothing was too much trouble.
Look forward to the return of the spa facilities.

This was exceptional, the building and grounds were beautiful, staff couldn't do enough for you and the food lovely. I believe they hadn't been opened long, after a reurbishment from a girls school, but once it's 'discovered' I'm sure the price will go up. We loved it and understood they were coping on little staff at the moment :-)

Room was lovely and clean. Very well laid out and recently renovated. Was nice to have the prosecco on ice when we got their. Grounds were vast and good for a walk.Breakfast very good. Good quality cooked breakfast ingredients and evening meal was very nice if not a little overpriced as anything more than 1 course you have to add money for. Finally all the staff were very attentive and were very helpful.Enjoyed the weekend we had and the hotel exceeded our expectation considering the price.
