Apartments r clean and fantastic better equipped then my house is really great staff very helpful our second time there in 2 months going again in February the spa really great clean and well kept went to restaurant in the evening the food good and value for money as well shame no lift to games room as girlfriend has walking problems but it’s great there

We were looking for somewhere in the Cromer area to stay, while our child was at their first residential in Kingswood in West Runton. (Why should they get all the fun! We were up for a Norfolk getaway, too!)

Excellent accommodation and facilities, villa was immaculate and had everything you might need, leisure facilities were great, lovely setting a short walk along the cliff path to Cromer, friendly and helpful staff.
