Situated in the heart of North Yorkshire and local to York, Easingwold, Thirsk and Harrogate, Burn Hall Hotel is the perfect sanctuary for your Yorkshire break. Located within the walled garden at Burn Hall Hotel, the Bird of Prey Centre is home to over 100 birds of 45 different species. With two flying displays every day, opportunities to meet and handle some of the birds plus a gift shop and a café, you will have an action-packed day at the exciting centre! Hawk Walks, Owl Experiences and Falconry Courses are available all year round and can be purchased as a gift voucher.

Please note that the centre is closed on Tuesdays. Guests will be able to use their entry tickets at a later date

Subject to weather conditions; the centre usually closes in December when the weather is not conducive to the birds providing flying displays
You will get free entry and can also choose a discount voucher towards a Bird of Prey experience; these must be booked in advance (ideally 28 days) with the Bird of Prey Centre where the payment will be taken directly. You will need to mention the Burn Hall voucher and present your voucher upon arrival at York Bird of Prey on either paper or email format.

Another great stay! This is the 7th or 8th time we've stayed at Burn Hall and that should show that we're more than happy to return there on a regular basis. The staff are always helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant food and staff are excellent and very attentive. We've recommended Burn Hall to many of our friends

Excellent restaurant staff Another excellent 4 day stay. Highlights this time were an amazing (free) visit to the adjacent York Birds of Prey Centre, good dinners on the 2 nights we stayed in, excellent restaurant staff all the time (even left them a tip!) - other staff were good as well.

Great stay! Had a lovely two night stay. Room clean and comfortable. Great bar service. Ate in the restaurant both evenings and found the food delicious and plentiful. Breakfast excellent too. The staff are professional and friendly. Visited the Bird of Prey centre which was amazing, especially when Shadow, the golden eagle, was perched on my arm!
