From the minute we booked the hotel Holloway and throughout our stay we have had the best experience. Although the hotel is unmanned the communication is second to none. Any queries are answered immediately and nothing is too much trouble. They decorated the room for my husbands 60th birthday at no extra cost. The place is immaculate and 5 minutes walk from the city centre.

What a fantastic find in the centre of Birmingham this was!! We've stopped in pretty much every hotel in Brum and this has become our first choice! Customer service is second to none and checkin/checkout is the most efficient we've experienced. A free, secure (and very pretty!) car park right outside the door makes life very easy and it's central location fantastic
