Village and Harbour
Clovelly Village is a gorgeous oasis, its settlement reaching back to the 13th century. Take in breathtaking views of Bideford Bay from Clovelly Quay. Say hello to the famous Clovelly Donkeys before exploring the Clovelly Court Gardens! Make sure to pick up some trinkets from the local craft stores before grabbing a beer at the Clovelly Brewery. If you’re interested in the heritage of Clovelly, make your way to Fisherman’s Cottage where you can see how fisherman’s families lived.
Stretch your legs
Such a stunning part of the world needs exploring. You’ll be spoilt for choice for walks, paths and attractions to make the most of your trip. Take the Coastal Path for a scenic route; England’s longest National Trail will leave you wanting more. Roam the enchanting Woodland Walk or climb the Hobby Drive for near bird eye views of Clovelly. Don’t miss the Clovelly Waterfall, only a 20-minute walk from the harbour.
Bideford
If you’re thirst for harbours still hasn’t been satiated, pop over to Bideford. Bideford is a historic port town only a short drive away. Browse the Bideford Pannier Market for artisans, arts and crafts and independent shops. If you want to stay in a 5* hotel book one. This is a perfect hotel for the price with the amazing location included. The new inn is in a lovely location, the staff were friendly the pub served perfect pub classics, local lobster and other fish dishes.

Hidden Gem in Devon. I went here on a special trip to visit a dear friend. The village of Clovelly is simply breathtaking!
