Excellent Stay- This was our 3rd stay here, it was amazing. Very clean with everything you needed. Ideal for my husband who has mobility issues. The food in the pub was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. Great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Ed the new owner could not do enough to make our stay first class. We will go back again and would highly recommend this B & B

Great food and accommodation- This was our third stay at the B&B (3 families with kids and dogs) and although management had changed the experience was just as great as the previous visits. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful and our host Ed was friendly and very helpful.

Lovely, clean & comfortable- Had a little girls getaway with my 4 year old daughter before the arrival of our new baby, very comfortable stay, daughter loved it, was clean, family friendly and central locations to Hastings & Rye etc 10/10
