How To Use Adjustable Dumbbells
It depends on what set of adjustable dumbbells you have, but generally you can change how heavy the weight is by using a lever, dial or pin. With the ones we mentioned above, you just load which plates you want onto the bar and secure them into place with the pin at each end. Make sure they're all done up tightly before you start lifting them!
