- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th May 2025.
- One voucher per two people.

- Customers must be aged 18 or older.
- 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
- Towels are provided and robes may be available to hire subject to availability.
- Cream tea must be booked between 12pm and 4pm.
- We can ONLY advise availability over the telephone. Your booking is not confirmed until your confirmation has been received.
- Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi are not advised during pregnancy.
- A £15 surcharge will apply per person will apply on bookings made Sat-Sun.
- One lane of swimming pool is closed Saturday and Sunday 10am-2pm and may be closed at times during the week.
- Please note that the swimming pool has children swimming lessons Monday to Friday midday-7.30pm in one lane and two lanes will be taken from 4pm-6pm
- Robes and flip flops are available for hire for £8.
- £10 voucher must be spent towards additional treatments (min. spend £40) and must be booked in advance.
